Why New Year Resolution doesn't work.

To have a lifestyle that doesn't require New Year's resolutions, there are a few things you can try: Set small, achievable goals: Instead of trying to make big, sweeping changes all at once, focus on setting small, achievable goals that you can work towards on a daily or weekly basis. This can help to build momentum and make it easier to stick to your goals.

Make healthy habits a part of your routine: Rather than trying to make drastic changes, focus on incorporating healthy habits into your daily routine. This could include things like exercising regularly, eating a healthy diet, and getting enough sleep.

Find activities that you enjoy: It's easier to stick to healthy habits when they are enjoyable. So, try to find activities that you enjoy and that fit into your lifestyle.

Surround yourself with supportive people: It can be helpful to have supportive friends and family members who can encourage and motivate you to stay on track with your goals.

About yoga

When I first started to practice yoga on and off, I had no idea of the profound impact it would have on my life. My everyday practice started with Kino MacGregor and in all honestly, I started because I wanted to tone my body.  Seven years later, my perception of yoga has completely changed and I’m in love with it for very different reasons now.

The changes were gradual and looking back, I’ve always been amazed at discovering the many benefits of yoga, particularly as I became more aware of my body and breath, and tuning inwards. I don’t ever remember doing this intentionally before yoga. Being on my own and observing my body was so foreign to me yet transformational. Yoga has played a huge part in helping me through some challenging times, and I know I’ve barely tapped into the power of yoga. I also know that yoga will continue to be a part of my life forever.

Discovering how your body and mind connect, is a first step towards your health and well-being. It would give me so much joy and happiness to empower others to find their own strength that already exist within them, and I would be honoured to share my knowledge with you.
